CURRIER JOINS NEW MEXICO OIL AND GAS ASSOCIATION AS NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO

The New Mexico Oil and Gas Association (NMOGA) is pleased to name Missi Currier as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. With a proven track record and diverse industry experience, Currier brings her knowledge and expertise to the organization, driving NMOGA into a future marked by innovation and collaboration.

Currier has held community and government relations positions throughout the state, served as the President and CEO of Economic Development Corporation of Lea County, and is the owner of Cambiar Consulting, LLC. She is known for her strategic vision and dedication to fostering mutually beneficial relationships among stakeholders.

As NMOGA's new President and CEO, Currier will be instrumental in driving collaborative efforts to address the evolving opportunities and challenges in New Mexico’s energy landscape. She recognizes the importance of engaging in constructive dialogue with all stakeholders, from industry members to policymakers and community leaders.

As the new President and CEO, Currier will continue this commitment by leading the industry in its efforts to enhance environmental stewardship through prioritized initiatives aimed at minimizing the environmental footprint of oil and gas operations, embracing cutting-edge energy technologies, and fostering sustainable practices.

Through her leadership, NMOGA will also continue to be an engine for economic growth in the state, generating job opportunities, and supporting local communities.
