The New Mexico Oil and Gas Association (NMOGA) today released comments in response to draft rules released earlier this year by the New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) and the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) to prevent natural gas waste and limit emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
