Top New Mexico producers: Anadarko Petroleum, Apache Corporation, BP America, Chevron, Cimarex Energy, ConocoPhillips, Devon Energy, Encana, EOG Resources, XTO Energy, Marathon Oil, Noble Energy, and Occidental Petroleum, are among the 26 producers initially joining the partnership.
