Thanks to historic oil and natural gas production this decade, our state’s economic outlook is as strong as it’s ever been.

Crude oil production is approaching a million barrels per day - more than 4.5x 2010 levels - and there are over 100 active rigs operating across New Mexico at any given moment.

We’re far from finished, though. The oil and natural gas industry will continue to invest in New Mexico’s communities, and by working together, we can ensure an even brighter future for years to come.
